I actually try to exercise as much as possible and my diet is pretty immaculate right now. I've definitely done many hours of research into beating depression. And I agree with you for sure, it helps!

Thanks for the answer, Michel. I was just getting paranoid because my left temple without a doubt lost some hair in a pretty short time span. I'm realizing now that it had to happen at some point. I was lucky to have gotten this far without losing any.

Thank you for the input. I think(and hope) you could be right. My dad past away young at 65 and his hairline went back slightly too but his hair was quite thick his whole life. It just gave him more of a "fivehead" kind of look.
