Been on Biotin in one form or another for a about 6 months to a 1 year. Now I consistenly take it every day and believe it helps grow my hair faster and healthier. It's good for healthy nails too. My nails seem to be growing almost twice as fast. Its not going to regrow hair but it helps...

:: BigLikeATank :: I def would not recommend using Nizoral everyday. As I stated earlier I am having the same problem. I think it is from using the Nizoral to much. When I use other shampoos its not as bad...Ty using it less and see if that helps, it worked for me.
