I'm at a stage where I don't have to worry about hairloss anymore, as I have scalp micro pigmentation. But I understand your point for most people. Although it seems hairloss from accutane is more of an acute telogen effluvium type scenario

What do you think of research about accutane downregulating receptors? I'm on week 3 at the moment. No bad sides as of yet

When I first started finasteride I had no symptoms for the first 3 months. Then all these side effects started. I have smp now and shave my head so can't tell if it gets thinner

I actually went off it and went back on it and the acne,libido and shedding increased. Unfortunately I had none of this before. Theres countless stories on these forums with similar stories. It's a shame

Yep. Luckily I never got the dreaded scalp itch to a huge degree(although my scalp is much more sensitive but it's fine). The acne has been ongoing for 7 years. Occasionally i will have it under control with topicals but these are not working well right now. Keep in mind my axne was gone before...

Hi everyone, In 2018 I developed reflex hyperandrogencity from finasteride. I got horrible acne and hairloss all over aswell as the usual higher libido. I'm now at a position where even the acne meds arent working(I'm 27 years old btw). Has anyone with reflex hyperandrogencity taken accutane for the acne?

Do you think for those with thin sides a fade could work? Or even some smp on the sides? My sides are def getting thinner too

What do you think of systems for those with thinning sides of retrograde? Still possible?thanks

Hi all. My sides are thinning quite badly. With a regular fade (every 7 days ) they look good though. Are toppers still suitable for those with DUPA or retrograde. What about SMP on the sides? Thanks
