I have a very thick beard and its very notice-able no matter how close of a shave i get i know its not as bad as some people have it but it really bothers me im going nuts

I have been on this coritsone creme for some timenow, and no regrowth infact lately since i have stopped using it i have notcied more loss. the bald spot is onmy chin... about the size of a quarter.. can i get folical replacement? or what can i do?

My dermatologist gave me some Hydrocortisone cream, and i used it for like 4 months and got nothing out of it. I have stopped using it for 1 month now.. is there anything that will grow in this bald patch on my beard ? i think it may be getting bigger? PLEASE I NEED SOME HELP i AM...
