By opening them all and putting them inside a container like this? I always wondered if tablets lost their effectiveness after being removed from the packaging.

You're right I am being stingy :D . But the problem is I live in the UK so finasteride is limited (most places only sell 1mg finasteride and for £65 for 168 tablets max). Also sometimes, depending on the generic brand you receive, you can get a nice little box with tablets or a big bulky box...

Personally i'm not sure how accessible finasteride is to get in South America and I don't want to have to carry around 365 tablets among other things. Also I think it will be cheaper in the long run as it will effectively half my costs in the future.
