With Cosmerna the RNA stay within the hair follicle for 2 weeks until the next redose. Would another topical used daily push that RNA into the bloodstream or affect results? Appreciate nobody probably knows, the science is above my head.

Could it be that generic finasteride pills don't have the 1mg dose evenly spread? So me cutting them into quarters is giving me 0.1mg one day or 0.4mg another? I've had acne from using aromatase inhibitors before and generally changing t and e gives me acne

I'm 2 weeks in on 0.25mg every day, getting a ridiculous amount of spots on my back and shoulders. Is this just a stage or am I gonna need accutane. Seems like I get 2-3 spots a day now, had 0 off finasteride.

Has anyone got experience with this? It comes in a gel form, and I thought I would try the lowest dose they had, as I get gyno from oral finasteride. How much would I need to use? I've read it is less effective as a gel, so they overdose it ala Farmacia Parati.

Has anyone used a topical with a liposomal or trichosol vehicle?

Would liposomal dutasteride work if you got gyno from finasteride? I tried the minoxidilmax version with Pg and Alcohol and it went systematic within a few hours, ended up with gyno for 2 whole months. Had to run tamoxifen to stop it, so keen not to repeat!
