Prothik rocks!!...it even stays in when swimming, but shampoos out easily...the only slight complaint is some frosting but hairspray usually minimizes it.

I've been using 1%nizoral/sal shampoo combo for about 1 week at night and a regular thickening shampoo in the morning, but notice since starting the nizoral/sal my hair is flat even after shampooing with a thickening shampoo.
