depressing isnt it mate, some people have enough hair or its short enough that shedding is not too obvious, but you, like me, it is im getting sheds from min and im going to stop that before im bold, dont care if the hair comes back in 6 months, ill be bold for 6 months and that thought alone...

Agreed and thanks for replying, but my question is: if it promotes and lengthens the anagen phase, will that slow down the cycles i need to go through, telogen/fatter folicule/anagen/telogen/even fatter/anagen etc ie, will it make crappy hair grow for longer, when infact i want it to cycle thanks

Hi guys Does everyone wash there hair in the evening before applying rogaine foam? ive heard it increases absortion, but how important have you guys found this? Also, when i say wash (in the evening) i presume most people just wash there hair with only hot water i thank you
