minoxidil i bought some no name brand rogain from walmart. its called equate minoxidil topical solution 2%. is this any good or should i get some other stuff? and what does this nizoral shampoo do?

What the heck is the difference between, finasteride,propecia, proscar and all the other you all talk about so much. and what is the best of em and most cost efficient? Im just new to this and want to be sure what i buy and stick to
