Within the first month, I would say.

No problem. For a while, finasteride delayed my ejaculation and made it slightly more difficult to maintain an erection. I still got erections, but I just happened to lose them a little more often. As I said, it went away within a couple of months (luckily, the girlfriend was understanding :))...

I can't remember exactly, but I'd have to say 3-4 months into finasteride. I got some minor sexual side effects - nothing paralyzing! - for the first three months, but they eventually faded away. Hope that helps.

Yep, I had quite a bit of shedding. I still get occasional shedding, but I've learned to worry about it too much since the big picture is looking good! I don't remember exactly how long I've been losing for, but I'd say at least four years.

Hi, I'm currently on 1.25 mg of finasteride and have experienced desensitization and a reduced intensity of orgasm. If these effects are indeed due to finasteride, could reducing the dose help me? Or does the flat-dose response of finasteride mean that it's all-or-nothing? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I started taking Propecia and noticed some sexual side effects. Does this mean that DHT is being successfully inhibited and that I have a good chance of seeing results? Or does my logic not hold? Thanks in advance!
