can propecia and nizoral regenerate what was lost of my hairline (which was probably just about an inch on each side)? as simple as a regimen of those two? is nizoral a topical treatment or what... sorry about the newbie questions

and it will not only keep my hairline from going back further, but regrow the spots where it receded? i heard somewhere that rogaine and propecia only regenerated peachfuzz? true or false? thanks for the help
