Recently I had a hair transplant with 3000 grafts. Once scabs appeared, washed them off after loosening up with oil. Image 1. However, problem is some hair as you can see in image 2, I have lost I think. You can see black dots in image 2. Will those come back? Or I lost them?!

Thanks for you reply. I can use it for short term along with minoxidil.. Then discontinue finasteride and continue with minoxidil and nizoral 2%?

I don't agree on finasteride point. I have seen people here complaining a lot about finasteride. It's not only psychological as you mentioned.
