Estriol and tretinoin work great together. I'd recommend you use it more often with your estradiol gel. They synergize really well, it also has the bonus of giving you a really good skin.

Yes, dupa/retrograde alopecia. I don't have any other hairloss. finasteride worked for me, helped me recover most of the hairs, and calmed sebbhoreic dermatitis (probably made the dupa worse). Estriol + tretinoin def helps, but there are still hairs that arent growing properly.
