Sup folks...I just started "the big 3" for some major shedding on top...and am wondering how you go about treating your hair when you shower? Are you supposed to be gentle when rubbing the areas you are trying to regrow (to prevent pulling new hairs out)...or it is ok to vigorously clean them...
