Currently already using collagen with hyaluronic acid serum after I microneedle my face. I don’t have any collagen supplements but might just try the serum on my scalp as well when I microneedle.

Anyone tried microneedling with stem cell therapy at home? In this video, she shows how to microneedle face with stem cell and at the 10:36 mark she mentions people are microneedling their scalp and using stem cells to regrow hair. Is this worth a try at home?

If you microneedle weekly, are you supposed to apply immediately after microneedling or the day after? Also, has Zix been reported effective without any Minoxidil mixed in with the hair muck?

I have thick coarse hair and had one botched hair transplant (1200 grafts) and a repair hair transplant (1300 grafts). Both times I’ve had only a few ~30 double grafts and the rest were singles. Thinking of a third hair transplant since I’m thinning behind after 7 years but was wondering are people with almost all single grafts bad...

No according to the doctors from the hair loss show 3mg per week is sufficient and as good as 7mg per week.
