I'm just scared of putting the minoxidil where there is hair I figure if I leave what's there alone and target where there isn't hair there could be regrowth without shedding/losing hair.

that keep the hairs there from shedding and maybe grow new ones under what already exists? I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
