I have used superhairpieces.ca a lot. Being in Canada, get the piece next day (if in stock). Never used their cutting service though..I believe they have video consults so try to see if you can show them, via vidoe, your current hairstyle and inquire.... The have a great website, and a big...

Lordhair vs Lavivid in recent times?

Ares type stock pieces should be easy to find, depending on color. Have you tried SHP? Their comparable system is the m106 https://superhairpieces.ca/mens-toupee-m106-6-5x8-5-french-lace-poly-back-in-stock/

CNC vs regular lace system is it big difference?

i wear lace and style every day. I only shampoo once a week however, and it last 2 to 3 months ( another important fact, i wear light density, so shedding more obvious and longevity affected)

CNC vs regular lace system is it big difference?

Never had or seen a cnc system but based on videos and research ( Cesare ragazzi, or Google cnc hair system) they look very thick base, so a comparable normal system would be a poly with injected hair.. I doubt either provide a realistic hairline in a brushed back style. Lace or thin skin 3mm...

high percentage gray hair- should I get human or synthetic?

I don't understand what your supplier is saying....synthetic hair cannot be bleached BUT the other colored hair (human) in your piece should be able to be bleachable. For example color 1b60 means 40% off black hair ( human) mixed with 60% synthetic grey hair. So if you want to bleach the...

high percentage gray hair- should I get human or synthetic?

For your info, I wear 80% synthetic grey, with 20% human 1b. I prefer synthetic Grey as it keeps it white color. Human grey I find gets yellowish. Given it has been bleached, human grey is also brittle and sheds more easily than synthetic in my experience. Here are recent pics of my swiss lace...

Temporary repairs to "hair system" by inserting ghost bond under tape.

Clear glues, yes. I noticed this while cleaning hairline. Alcohol makes it more tacky

Temporary repairs to "hair system" by inserting ghost bond under tape.

If tape lifts try dabbling 99%Alcohol under tape and also clean your scalp with alcohol . It revives the tape glue... When this happens to me i use ultrahold or clear glues, as opposed to white water-based glues because tape dont use water-based glues.

Has anyone here ever bought from Superhairpieces

Search using the magnifying glass in the blue bar. Many here have asked that question. I have used them many times, and still do. I have used other suppliers during the pandemic as pieces were rare with SHP and did not find much diffence in terms of quality between them and others. If you're...

At a crossroads and need some advice

And how much are you paying for your current pieces now? 1200 pounds is a lot. Possibly review how you maintain your current pieces, sometimes, simple and inexpensive products revive hair, such as sunscreen leavein conditioners, silicone, etc..

How short can you go with a hair piece?

Agreed that looks amazing and that maintaining/triming short bio hair is often required in such a short cut. I once had a stylist who did me a short fade.. back and side of hair piece, about 1/4 inch long..after a 5 days my bio hair had grown enough to "off blend" the piece and my hair..also...
