Zinc has worked for me personally - 50 mg per day. I quit finasteride after one month back in May and still am not all the way back to normal. I started taking zinc a couple weeks back and it has made quite a difference - much harder erections, much easier to get an erection and higher libido.

OP here - I did end up quitting finasteride and I feel that I have been recovering sexually. After quitting finasteride I am able to get and maintain an erection much easier than while I was on finasteride but I don't feel 100% yet.
