Only once in awhile I'll see blood on the toilet paper, but most of the time I don't. And no, the pain doesn't get stronger when I'm taking a dump.

jimmystanley, How many times a day do you have to apply it? Is it something you can put on once before you go to bed?

I've consistently gotten the irritation off and on for that past year or so. I probably should get it checked out by a doctor but i never bothered to do so. If it's an internal hemmorhoid, would it go away on it's own after awhile? How can I know if it's pin worms?
