Hey thanks for the reply, but in the link you have me he was talking about Minoxidil causing prolactinomas not propecia. Thats one of the reasons I dont use rogain.

I have a prolactinoma and take dostinex, I also take propecia which I have been on for 1.5 months. Does anyone know if taking dostinex will hurt the effectiveness of propecia?

I am about a month and a half in on propecia. My hair has gotten even thinner I am kind of getting scared is this normal, will it get worse before it gets better?

by same quality do you mean original quality that is was before the thinning or hair loss?

Did the hair ever come back to the original quality or was it thin and way different from the other hairs around the head?

I am at almost the 1 month mark and I was wondering if propecia is already working or will it take a few more months before it stops hair loss? I am a diffuse thinner and I really hope propecia works for me. Has any one had good experience as a diffuse thinner on only propecia?

I took rogaine for a week then got on propecia, I stopped rogaine because I would rather see if propcecia can make my hair better by its self. My question is, would taking rogaine for a week hurt my hair, or cause me to be dependent on it?
