in detail, I've been on propecia for 3 months and have seen thickening of follicles on my front hairline but I also have thinning on my nape area and I haven't seen any improvement at all in this area .

My hairs are thinning ( hair follicles are miniaturizing in diameter ) , and I've been on propecia for about 3 months now. But I haven't seen any improvement in thickness. Has anyone tried avodart and seen any improvement in thickening of hair follicles with it ?

honestly looks good to me, wish I had that kind of hair. You might be over paranoid about your hair when you don't have to be .
