Elguapo, The start of your story (your threads back in 2003) sound similar to my experience 6 months ago. Can you tell me was it Telogen Effluvium you suffered and if so did you recover at all. I lost 16lbs in 2 months. I know that does not sound like much compared to others but I believe it affected my hair.

Thanks for the reply rapid frontal. Since my post I have been looking up more info. on Telogen Effluvium. Now I don't know if my diet was a cause of stress to my hair but I do remember having severe headaches the first week on the diet.
