Im about to start on the big 3 when i recieve my order in the mail. But as far as shampoos go i plan on using nirozal 3x a week and using Ginger shampoo from The Body Shop that has PO in it the other 4x days. Is that good as far as the shampoo regimen or no? also should i use a condition at all...

Im new to these boards and plan on starting on the big 3 for my hairloss. im so confused right now on what is the best shampoo to use on the days not using nizoral shampoo. what is the best to use? also should i use a conditioner at all? please helpas i am very confused.

what T-gel you use? original, extra strength. Do you also use the t-gel conditioner?any other shampoo recomendations on the days off the nizoral shampoo?
