Need more opinions please. Is this male pattern baldness

Are you sure? I can feel it thinning and the corners and it looks like the amount of miniaturized hairs is more than just a maturing hairline

I think my hair has been thinning for a couple years now. I’m almost positive it’s male pattern baldness but I’m not sure. Looking for a solid answer. And if so what’s the best way to get on finasteride quickly? And what kind of results/mantainence can I expect from the big 3? Thank you
