Attractive Female Gaming Streamer Mysteriously Abandons (balding) Boyfriend Last Night

Attached - a photo that she (original gamer girl from the initial story here) posted earliwr today - so, it seems that they are still together:

Attractive Female Gaming Streamer Mysteriously Abandons (balding) Boyfriend Last Night

I am not a gamer or a teenager, but the story is all over social media this morning (twitter is where I saw it). Honestly, I actually didn't even know what a gaming streamer was. That balding guy in the photo is definitely her boyfriend or maybe even her husband. I very rarely post here - but...

Do you suppose the fact that he seems to be balding played any role here? Photo and link to story below: https://www.google.com/amp/heavy.com/news/2017/06/laura-lania-tia-zimmer-missing-found-casino-e3-conference-los-angeles/amp/

Was anyone else here a loser even before hair loss?

"Fullhead" here. Checking in. Still very much a loser.

If you woke up tomorrow with all your hair back... what haircut would you go for?

Long? Short? Something in between? Something unusual? Something conservative?

Everyday things that might be causing your hairs to pull out, without you realizing?

So I've only been a visitor here for a couple weeks or so. But being on here and reading some of the posts has made me wonder about this: Is it possible that we do things to/with our hair, every day, that we don't realize are actually causing our hairs to pull out? And that maybe, this might...

I can't stand to see people with thick heads of hair anymore

I'd give you my hair if I could, man! I actually really would. Not sure you'd actually want this mess, but I definitely feel where you are coming from. Most guys with hair are oblivious to the pain.

Shaved heads are as insecure as us

I think the main point that the OP is making is: wanting to give the impression to others that something doesn't bother you, is actually what tells them that it *does* bother you. It's the classic psychological paradox.

38-year-old, non-balding, non-troll, but sick and tired of the prejudice...

I absolutely agree! It is all about ticking a box. The "not balding" box. As much of a basket case as I am to look at, I am living proof of this as I approach 40. I always felt this was so, but now I am actually seeing it with my own eyes, through my own experience. The shallowness just blows me...

My hair is not "good" hair whatsoever, trust me. Which is what makes it even more obvious that simply falling in the "not balding" category is all that really matters to women - it doesn't even matter if you hair doesn't look good to them, as long as it is there. This fact even shows how shallow...

38-year-old, non-balding, non-troll, but sick and tired of the prejudice...

Thanks! A lot of my anger about it comes from the fact that I have never been a particularly handsome guy, and women have always totally ignored me. I've always kept in good shape, but my face is not handsome, my skin is pale and freckled in places. And now it is *hair*, of all things, that...

Please, before anyone here thinks otherwise, let me just introduce myself as someone who truly sympathizes with those who are dealing with hair loss. I am certainly not intending to be a "troll" on here, so I just wanted to put that out there, right off the bat. Two of my best friends in this...
