    I'm a very aggressive diffuse thinner. I would have went with finasteride if i didn't know about dutasteride. So i picked dutasteride from the start. I would actually advise not to change your regime if you are atleast stopping your hairloss. Jumping from a prescription drug to another potentionally stronger is not to be taken lightly. Even if dutasteride is potent than finasteride, you could respond better on finasteride than on dutasteride, with fewer side effects.
