I’m 17, and was just curious if this is Alopecia (or just balding) I have always had very fine hair, as does my dad, and he’s 60 with a full head of hair. The left side looks a bit thinner. Also if it is, should I worry? I don’t turn 18 until August and have heard that I can’t/shouldn’t take finasteride until then. If it is alopecia will my hair be too far gone by then?
