No, not everyone knows that he had a major hair transplant in 2016. The hair on top of his head is transplanted hair.

This is the problem with not taking meds. You lose more native hair in and around the transplanted hair and end up like this.

his father and paternal grandfather both suffer from hair loss, I would be impressed if he hadn't lost his hair
