Just fo information, AAPE are not asc-exo (exosomes from adipose stem cell) but asc-cm (conditioned media from adipose stem cells), called secretomes.
ASC-CM is a complex cocktail of proteins, nucleic acids, and lipids released as soluble factors and/or conveyed into extracellular vesicles (EV).
The difference between the secretome molecules is mainly
the size of their particles. The microvesicles are larger, about 150 to 1000 μm, while the exosomes are smaller, about 30 to 150 μm. Exosomes penetrate better the skin.
The secretome is the totality of all substances released by stem cells to the outside. These include micro-vesicles, exosomes, proteins, cytokines (cell messengers), hormone-like substances and so-called immunomodulatory substances.
Secretome and exosomes are sometimes used as synonyms, but they are actually different.
The secretome is the
totality of all messenger substances released to the outside, including the micro-vesicles and exosomes, but also other important factors that are dissolved in the fluid. These include many regeneration-promoting growth factors and so-called cytokines (cell-cell messengers).
Exosomes, on the other hand, are actually only
the particulate exosomes that are isolated from the whole. Isolation concentrates them, but the important solutes and micro-vesicles are lost.
I am not a specialist but imo exosomes carry more microRNA than secretomes as they are more filtred and so they can stimulate for example the wnt/beta-catenin pathway wich is very important for hair loss.
I found some research paper showing that asc-cm work great for hair loss.
So I will continue to take exosome from ASCE, but now also adding AAPE.
I think the microRNA are important.
Problem is ASCE are exosomes derived from plant and not from human.
There are company who sell human adipose exosomes but price is very expensive...
If I found human exosome I will take it instead of ASCE, but for the moment I found no one.
Even rose exosome carry a lot of good microRNA, as I explain earlier... So I think it's a good add-on to AAPE.
Price for exosome from human umbilical from Creative Biolab is about 350USD per vial... And you are to add 300USD for shipping. It's very expensive...
I am waiting for the price for adipose exosomes from human, I will update when I receive it
EDIT : Creative Biolab offer human Umbilical exosomes for hair loss. I bought 10 vials and will use it as a add-on to the AAPE secretomes extracted from adipose tissue. This combo will give me a lot of proteins and growth factors from different souces, and a lot of good micro RNA. See you in 3-4 months
