I notice this on myself but also on other bald or balding guys. Of course it's not a general rule but the voice seems to be getting more high pitched, raspy and for the lack of a better word, grating?
The biggest change for me happened when i went from Norwood 3 to Norwood 4-5.
There was definitely something that changed in the voice and it got really grating. Don't know if related or not, but i noticed this voice on gay men or transgenders (i'm not one, just saying)
