Crown Now F-ing Thinning With My male pattern baldness?

I was diagnosed with early male pattern baldness by a derm earlier this year in the front with receding hairline and temples. He never really looked at the back. I didn't want to go back. He looked at my hair for about a minute. Since there was obvious miniturisation in the front and sides, I guess he didn't feel like he should look anywhere else. Thanks for the replies.
