So a family member was standing over me staring at the top of my head and observed that I was thinning from my crown. That quickly prompted me to the bathroom where I would take a thousand pictures to verify if I was in fact balding. Ive been on minoxidil for a full 2 years now, and I've only been using it for my temples. Before using minoxidil I always observed that I was thinning from my crown, but I visited a hair transplant surgeon and he told me I wasn't. He explained its all just the way the hair grows in that region...it gives the illusion of balding, but now I believe it's a lot worse. You guys be the judge.
Also I want to note that I just started finasteride last week. I've been taking about .75mg every other day. I highly doubt that finasteride's shed would have this much of an impact this soon, but I'm not sure. If anyone of you guys have any knowledge on this subject, please share it with me. Thanks.
