That is not the zinc sulfate and vitamin B6 as those are both water soluble. The powder at the bottom is most likely the fillers from the capsules.

Does anyone have a good source (and not some random uncited article) for why vitamin C might be beneficial when combined with MSM? All I can find is a horse study on exercise induced oxidative stress.

This is my guess. There's another study with women that showed increased thickness. So I'm thinking it increases anagen and thickness of existing hairs. Which would still be pretty good for a cheap, safe supplement.

No doubt, but I wouldn't be surprised if clinics offered some sort of payment plan for this. It would certainly benefit them to do so.

I've seen anecdotes about this but no good explanations. Perhaps its related to how modafinil affects dopamine. Dopamine agonists are known to cause hair loss. Or maybe its due to the increased histamine release. I don't know. If you have androgenic alopecia, the hair will probably grow back but...
