I visited many endocrinologists and found out that they usually only worry about very high hormone levels (like 100 times the normal amount). I had high prolactin levels for years, but they went back to normal when I ate better and started intermittent fasting.

Maybe if DHT is too high, even dutasteride won't help much. My DHT levels have always been very high, far beyond the normal range. I managed to control it with intermittent fasting, but it went back up when I started eating normally again.

Hair should improve after initial shedding. Have you checked your dht levels?
