Hi guys. I'm 18, male and just noticed that my crown/vertex? is starting to bald and thin out. I've always had a tiny bald spot since a kid I think. I'm just looking for opinions. With today's technology and me noticing it early, I hope I can do my best to fix it. I've read about procepia, nizoral, minoxidil. Also, what foods should I be eating? I see protein a lot and iron. What foods are best for these? Here are some pics. My hair is wet in these, which I realize make it look a lot worse.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

U can go to GP to have health check and blood test done. lack of iron, calcium maybe the cause or other factors.
stay away from smoke and alcohol. It could make it worse. As u still under 20. finasteride and minoxidil is still high risk to take. try to take biotin and vitamin b. Also eat healthy diet like fish, meat, vegetable and lots of vitamin C. Avoid greasy food. And change the shampoo into natural organic which u can buy at local health store or nearby that doesn't contain sodium laurate sulfate.
