Which one should i choose?

Hello there.. as i said.. i am suffering from hair loss from a long time.So i heard this a lot that doing workout can help you with this.
So which one i choose to give a start.. the only thing i am doing in present is running 2 or 3 days a week..

Any suggestion would be great.

Hey..
As you said you are trying running as your workout so i think its perfect for you so stick on it.. if you want to add more than you should try anyother cardio exercise
