Which comes first, the spironolactone or the minoxidil

It won't.

That's the correct way to do it.

It is the correct order for the reason you stated. Otherwise the order would not matter for 2% spironolactone.

You should wait 10 to 15 minutes. A 30 minute wait is not necessary.

he says use it last when you're using 5% though.

from minoxidl.com:

When 5% Spironolactone Lotion is used with Regrowth 5% topical minoxidil or Xandrox 5% (5% minoxidil / 5% azelaic acid), apply the minoxidil solution first. Allow several minutes for it to partially dry. Then apply the 5% Spironolactone Lotion on top of the minoxidil solution. The lotion will act as an occlusive dressing and enhance the absorption of both medications.

Yah, because its a lotion instead of a liquid. If you rub lotion into your head the minoxidil is not going to get through.

how much of the lotion should be rubbed in? he says a thin film, but that's pretty broad. i dab my finger in there and just rub in.
