It seems like no one can really answer these questions.

When, where and how is DHT created? And more questions.

DHT is converted from testosterone correct? But when does this moment occur? What role does the prostate play? Is it a cyclical moment that occurs throughout the day or is it triggered by a single moment?

DHT causes hair loss only in the scalp. But why isn’t the side and back of the hair affected? What is the difference between the scalp where DHT causes hair loss compared side/back of hair which it doesn’t affect and places where it promotes hair growth beard/body?

And one last point. Is there a link between DHT and estrogen? One doctor claimed that DHT is actually created from estrogen. That estrogen and testosterone are chemically similar. And it is actually estrogen where DHT is created from not testosterone.

Another one claimed that DHT and its production is directly related estrogen. If there a male has high estrogen levels than DHT production or its existent in the body greatly increases. Why? Because DHT is the male horomone that keeps a male a male. It is the anti-estrogen horomone.

Both of these DHT-estrogen theories makes sense. Since as you get older, you are more prone to hairloss. As men age Test levels go down and estrogen levels go up. And today there is so much estrogen or estrogen minkcs in the environment; literally everywhere.

And finally the prostate. Since finasteride affects the prostate. Does the prostate play a role in hair loss? What is the role of prostate in the body? What does it produce? And what happens to the prostate as we age? Gets bigger? Produces more DHT?And finally the prostate. Since finasteride affects the prostate. Does the prostate play a role in hair loss? So many unanswered questions.
