What to do about Propecia(finasteride) sexual side effects?

I'm experiencing a severe decline in sex drive and performance due to taking finasteride. Is there anything I can take along with finasteride to improve these side effects or is there another alternative to finasteride that doesn't have sexual side effects?

Second thing most often if one gets sides they disappear after a couple of weeks. There is no alternative to the finasteride approach other than dutasteride which tends to be harsher in the sides dept.
