What is wrong with SCALP!?

The pores on my scalp are so big they are like the size of a pencil tip. They are about 5 times the size of any pores anywhere else on me. Especially where I am thinning the most on temples and frontal. Thinning really quick, my hair is always really weak and dry as well. I have a surplus of testosterone(blood tests) and I was on Accuatne for like 2 years split into like 3 treatment sessions (took the last pill like 4 years ago. 21 years old. Help, this is starting to bug me as my balding is progressing faster it seems. I've been on Propecia for about 8 months now as well. Also, little pustles, like blackhead sebum, can be found in my hair, even after an hour of showering. I can run my nails across my scalp and get sebum(I'm guessing) under my nail. If I stretch my scalp with my hands too, there is crusting across the surface and what seems to be like fingernail sized flakes will crack off and these paper thin flakes can just be picked off.

Trying nizoral shampoo 3 times a week, alternated with T-Gell or T-Sal should help. They are over the counter. This is a good link from the Gardener discussing these treatments ... http://www.hairlosstalk.com/discussions ... hp?t=14304

The other possibility (mentioned in the link) is psoriasis, which needs a slightly different treatment. If the above doesnt help, or if you have dry scaling areas on other parts of the body, or if there are bleeding spots when scales peel off... see your doctor.

Mixing a little green tea extract in 100 proof Vodka can help in ridding the scalp of sebum also. It takes time but it's helped to make my hair alot less greasy. (Or is it the other 500 guzzillion things I'm using!? :shock: )
