hey ; so in terms of maintenance what is the best regimen?

- finasteride 5 mg daily + minoxidil twice a day : regimen 1
OR
- finasteride 1.25 mg daily + dutasteride 0.5mg twice a week + minoxidil twice a day : regimen 2

because i switched from regiment 1 to regiment 2 , one month ago and it seems less effective

Why would you question whether finasteride or dutasteride is better? I mean there is no question dutasteride is better assuming your willing to risk the sides. There is more risk to dutasteride then for finasteride.
People really shouldnt be talking about results until 1.5 or 2+ years in. Months dont matter your not even seeing the effects yet.

Why 5mg of finasteride?

My current regime is
1mg finasteride 1x daily
Liquid minoxidil on hairline 1x daily
Nizoral 1x weekly
T gel 2x weekly
Sls free shampoo with added peppermint oil on other days
Castor oil and peppermint 2x weekly
Dermaroll 1x fortnightly

Im enjoying the castor oil. Feels great.

Duta has a long half life so it definitely will. You should add in Keta cream (not shampoo) over on alopezie.de the Germans swear by it.

but with a dosage of duta twice a week the half life is only 3 to 5 days .
i read a study which showed that II5ar inhibition was weaker with duta twice a week , but i wan't to try a new molecule to see if i can get better result .
But don't wan't to go on the ful dosis

The official propecia trials had all participants (placebo and finasteride) use tgel as their standard shampoo to take out any effect seb derm may have on hair. Check it out for their exact wording

Duta 3x a week is stronger than 5mg finasteride in terms of DHT reduction and hair count. Just drop the finasteride and take it one more a day a week.

Loniten (oral minoxidil) atleast 10g a day, I do 20.
Dermaroll every other day with a 1.5 mm needle, (I do daily because I'm not a sissy).

Optional:
Add finasteride daily (there's anecdotal evidence that in combo with dutasteride its very effective
Topical minoxidil atleast once a day on any particularly troublesome areas
Nizoral weekly

This sh*t brought my temple points to pretty much how they were in high school. Dermarolling is the sh*t and works better than I ever thought it would.

Now give me likes losers.

How long have you been doing that with the oral minoxidil? Do you get facial side effects? It is definitely incredibly strong. I think I will start taking it again myself. I feel like my regrowth has slowed down since I've cut it out. There seems to be no adequate substitute, and topical is nowhere near the same as oral.

But even 5 mg twice a day makes my eyes puff out of their sockets like the skin is going to fold right over. Maybe I'm just not as Chad as you, you super cucker.

Na dead serious dude. for loniten I started out with 5mg, then 10 then 15 then 20. For a while I was on 30mg a day but I didn't see much difference so I went back to 20. You gotta slowly build up. Been on loniten for about 2 years. The most weird affects I got from it were in the first month but after that it went away. Oh yeah also you gotta take it with Propranolol. (Also with a diuretic if you hold water, I don't though.

Get alpha as f*** like me, and also do your research dude. I'm gonna have an Norwood 0.5/1 for the rest of my life because of this regimen.
