I was just looking at the vitamin shoppe website and saw a bunch of hair, skin, nail supplements. Does anyone think that these could produce a healthier growing hair. I was just wondering because right now my diet is pretty bad and i really dont have the time to change it right now. So if i popped a couple of these a day do you think it would make a difference in the appearance of the poor health my hair is in now. I take a multi currently but I know I am not getting enough nutritious foods. So any thoughts would be great......Thanks

I imagine all of these have B vit's and MSM.

Hair health, maybe, but for fighting male pattern baldness, don't hold your breath.

I think it could produce healthier hair. Especially if your general health is not optimum now.
On a side note: I feel certain that the MSM I have been taking has helped my hair grow faster. My barber agrees.
