Very Fast responders to Propecia

Hi all,

My 6month supply of Propecia arrived today and I swallowed my first tablet 2 hours ago. I've just gone to the bathroom and had a close look at my hairline and I'm noticing these small thin unpigmented hairs all across my forehead!!! I know for a fact these were not there this morning. I am so excited!!! Have there any other people out there who have responded to Propecia this fast/well?

Yes, this is normal. Propecia typically reaches its peak after the four hour mark, after hour six users usually report their results begin to decline. You had a good run though, some users dont respond to the treatment at all.

Honestly, I think it's your imagination. Unless you had been on minoxidil for weeks or months previous to this.

yeh did jesus christ i get blasted in the forums when i report darker peach fuzz after 4 days, i dont think you are getting any regrowth after 4 hours numb nuts

lol. YOu know what, I beat Dpunkz and this new guy.

Back in january, when i started, when I just LOOKED at the pill 3hrs before I took my first one I immediately noticed small dark hairs already sprouting from my hairline!

hey, im afraid that didnt work for me, so i took a different approach. i decided to jump out from behind the shower curtain, and shout "BOO!" at my reflection in the mirror, 2x per day, religiously. after 2 weeks, i have a head of hair thicker than david schwimmers.

i think i shocked the follices into growth :lol:

One time I had a dream that propecia came alive and talked to me... and i told it to jump into my scalp and to grow some hair.. and when i woke up the next morning i wasn't thin anymore... its amazing!

I have had a nightmare a few times, and I am sure others out there have as well, where I'll be going about my business during the course of my dream, but stop to feel my hair with my hands... and realizing that it is getting really thin... then I walk to the mirror, look at it, and I am shocked at how bald I am getting right before my eyes.. and as I move my hands through the remnants of my hairline my hair is falling out in buckets.... literally going horseshoe in minutes.. scary!

Right about then I wake up in a jolt of panic!

to tell you the truth, he kinda looked like barney.. except he was more rounded off and more blobular. He had cool eyes, (not one but two lazy eyes) and he talked with a lisp. But seriously, he's the best guy i've ever seen/talked too... when he came alive out of my propecia pack, i just started to giggle because i knew he would come and bring me goodness, Hair goodness that is.

Maybe I went overboard with the 2 hour timespan. I should have said 2 days.

why are you taking your 2nd tablet in under 2 hours? itll do you basically no extra good. the effects of finasteride wain off after about 0.5mg. thus, 0.5mg and 1mg are not so different in terms of effect. in fact, 1mg and 5mg are pretty much the same. so taking an extra tablet of finasteride will do you no extra good. save it.

hairschmair - hell, what was i thinking. your right! the more the better!!! if you want to regrow all your hair in one day, simply pour 537 propecia tablets into a bowl, fill it up with milk, and voila!! finasteride breakfast. happy munch!

sorry typo. 12 or 2 - not much difference really. in 24 hours the difference between 1mg and 5mg of finasteride is totally negligible. so much so that merck have marketed propecia as 1mg tablets instead of the 5mg proscar.
