Uncertainty for a Newbie

This is a great forum for hair loss, but the problem is ive noticed almost opposing views on certain topics like whether to use rogaine or propecia etc.
For a newbie just getting onto the big 3 and who doesnt want to screw up by making a wrong start, it can be confusing- so anyways is it safe to say i should just get on with the Big 3 and forget all the negative reviews on propecia and rogaine liquid destroying hairlines etc.....or as some of you might suggest keep what you have as long as naturally possible and dont add propecia/rogaine to ur regimen cos it will screw ur hair forever and much faster....
I'd appreciate feedback so I can confidently make a good long term decision, Thanks!

ok well

you sound like you are considering the big three so i'll assume that you have enough hairloss to warrant this approach(if you just wanna keep what ya have use just propecia)

youll see a few bad stories about propecia and rogaine because the people who do get side effects are more likely to go to the effort of reporting them.

ive been on the big three since october 2005 and i have had zero side effects

you are likely to get an initial shed period when you start minoxidil but dont let this worry you,i went through two of them, once on the liquid and then a worse one on the foam, everything came back better though :)

there are many many posters here on the big three who have at least maintained what they started with ,im quite sure you are likely to be the same

good luck

:)
