How to use?

How much Tricomin should be applied in a treatment? Is it better to have dry hair or wet hair :?:

I used Tricomin in the past. After taking a shower or just washing my hair....I towel dried it....and then just made sure I got all the areas covered I needed to cover. On the receded areas I sprayed it on my hands(actually fingers) first and then massaged it around.

Used Tricomin

I used Tricomin for 4 months. It definately slowed down hair loss for me but did not regrow any at all. Got too expensive for what it does so I quit.

does anyone know if tricomin is effective if you only use the spray and not the conditioner and shampoo?

i'm thinking of getting revivogen, using the revivogen shampoo and tricomin spray in the morning, then revivogen therapy at night.

i'm in what i think *may* be very early stages of thinning, so i think this regimen would be good for me as it does not have any side effects like finas.

also, if you gain any hair using tricomin, would you lose it if you stopped like with minoxidil? would it be lost even if you are using revivogen to maintain?

how substantial are its regrowth capibilites?

Good question!

I am certainly not an expert on Sod-mimics but I would have to say the answer is yes. My reasoning: the function of using copper-peptites is to scavage Super oxide and once you cease to apply them to the scalp you are ceasing to scavage SO. Therefore SO levels rise NO levels fall and you start to lose more hair. Make sense?

Does anyone know if any stores carry Tricomin, or I have to mail order it?

You pretty much have to order it online. Sorry.

tricomin?

I was all about to get this product when i read some product reviews on i think regrowth.com. It said made their hair fallout is that true? or just nonsense? I am about a 2 weeks into attempted treatment and would like to add this product.
bi temporal thinning :
so far i am using revivogen for a about a week. The shampoo is amazing because once ur hair is dry it really appears everything is a-ok. It kind of spreads everything out.
the solution- not as positive the smell is not as unbearable as ppl say.

I would like to say it grew all my hair back in a week but we all know better  . Tricomin is expensive but i want to give it a try I just dont want things to get worse. Thanks any opinions?

The BS about it making their hair fall out is just that. If anything when you use a product and it causes a "shed" that is a sign it is working!

If you feel tricomin is too expensive then I suggest you give folligen a shot. It is much less pricey and a lot of people swear by it!

thanks ralphy.
i dont think its that bad price wise....i just dont want to pay for something that will exacerbate the problem
i will add a multivitamin maybe arginine (lol) that whole thread was very amusing but anything debated shows passion on both sides. good luck to all!

The Best part is now Bruce, Troy and I are all pretty tight. We were having a moment and the amusing thing is we all have similar views on hair loss and how to treat it.

I like a forum where you can vent, argue, debate and actually let by-gones be by-gones.

One last thing is, I use ACR and it is pretty much the same thing as tricomin. So far I am pretty impressed by the results it has given me.

sorry for the ignorance, but what is that and how can u order it?

i think i am going crazy i have researched so much of this i feel like i know more than i should. lol btw did u try the arginine for the heck of it and did u ever hear of GSS and some guy named Waseda?
I dont want to go to rogaine or propecia yet because although i really notice it no one else does. (besides i really know some mean ppl so they would totally let me have it) it so bad emotionally i am terrified to get a haircut and do a fly by any mirror.

i'd also recommend revivogen if you want to go the no side-effects route.

It seems like most people here swear by Folligen, while the people over at HLH seem to prefer Tricomin.

Is it true that there is less of the copper peptides in the consumer version of Tricomin than the version used in the trials?

Just got my little 2 oz. sample (to try it out) and, from a cosmetic point of view, it seems to be good stuff. It's actually the first "conditioner" that I've used that doesn't seem to make my hair flat and gross.

I just hope it will be effective. :?

btw, does anyone know how many sprays are needed for an application? I don't want to under or overuse the stuff.
