Can someone explain to me the major differences between these 2 products? Both stemmed from Dr. Prickart's research, and are effective because of Copper Peptides, but where do they differ? Also is there any signs that one is superior to the other?

Thanks for the input.

I first used folligen spray off and on for about a year, now i'm currently on tricomin for a little over a month now.I think most on here will tell you that folligen is probably the better product and probably has more copper peptides and its cheaper than tricomin.Speaking for myself i think i like tricomin a little better it seems to be more of a conditioner and doesnt make my hair greasy and it doesnt look like the incredible hulk has pissed on your hair after applying it.

The major difference is that one is a specifically formulated mix of peptides (Tricomin) that has undergone clinical testing, where as the other is just a huge mix of every possible one they could throw in (Folligen) and has no clinical testing, but banks on the logic that if a smaller subset of specific peptides worked, then those plus a million more should work the same or better.

Haha.. that incredible hulk comment is good.

HairLossTalk.com: Thanks for the help. Follow up question: Based on the reaction of users of this forum and website has the theory of adding a larger set of Copper Peptides proven more effective?

Thanks.

According to Dr. Pickhart (the inventor of Tricomin) subseqent versions of Tricomin have been changed from the formula that went through the clinical trials.

if that is so, that makes the use of Tricomin kinda of suspect in my opinion. I have used Foligen for many years and think it is the real deal. I think it helped me retain a lot of hair until I got on the big three, which have resulted in regrowth.

Still use Folligen spray and love the shampoo too!

Good luck
