See a dermatologist. It doesn't look like male pattern baldness, that doesn't happen like that around your ears. So don't worry about that.
But it does look thinner around and in front of your ear where you hair is shorter. Could be a lot of things ... a skin infection or something.

Well it doesn't look like you're going bald and I don't really see anything wrong with your hair. Your dermatologist is going to give you a much better answer than random weirdos on an Internet forum. But I'm pretty confident that you can relax - nothing to worry about.
