thinking of transplants

Hi. I am a 30 year old woman thinking that within the next two years or so I will be going the transplant route.
I have been on minoxidil 5% for 6 years and have just started spironolactone. I have to use couvre and toppik so my scalp does not shine through.
Have any other women done this or thinking about it?

Hi Lentara,

I just posted my thoughts on this subject on the women's board, titled "Surgery". I am thinking about it, not know - I have too much hair. But maybe in the future. I've been researching it and it's an option for a female with pattern loss (that's what I have). What are your thoughts on it? Anyone else thinking about it, please give us your opinion.
