if I understand this correctly.. the tug test is when you get a good amount of hairs in between your fingers and pull your hand away from the scalp/sides/back (tugging the hair) and if you get about 2-5 hair or so from all over (back/top/sides) then that means you have Telogen Effluvium?
I've tried that a few times and I get hair left over in my hands when I 'tug' my hair from all these parts of the head.
is it Telogen Effluvium? are you supposed to get hair left over when your scalp/hair are healthy?
It's hard to tell if that should happen as I've never tried doing that when I didn't have any hair loss.
