Struggling To Find Everclear, Will This Work Instead? (ru)

1 year on finasteride, the crown has filled/stabilized however recession at the front has only decreased. I thought adding 35mg of RU each day to stop the recession. However I can't find everclear in the UK, will this be a ok as a replacement?
